Intro

The living room has traditionally functioned as a parlor to entertain in a more formal way. But in today’s modern homes, although we may still have living room spaces, we don’t entertain in them the same way, if at all. As a designer I find myself redesigning these spaces for clients into more purposeful rooms.

The living room is arguably one of the most versatile rooms in the house. It serves as the place where the family comes together, where you entertain friends, read a book, watch a movie, chat and relax.
